What is Nyx Cipher?

Let me try to keep it short.

The space is infected with paid shilling and bots spamming every sector of crypto. It is very hard to get valuable information and metrics, especially in the low to mid market cap sector.

While most tools focus on on-chain analysis, Nyx Cipher puts all his focus on social data. We believe that it is way harder to fake an actual community, than it is to fake on-chain data where it is already normal to use bots.

We know that many people in current times try to pull the next 10x or 100x, which is in most cases only possible with low market cap projects. It is very hard to find information for those projects, mostly the information will come from people who got paid to say good things.

Any negative information is declared as "FUD" and critical opinions within the communities are being suppressed.

We started to build this software within the 2021 NFT mania, this cycle was all about communities and fake social media hype. Projects with 300k followers on twitter and 10 users writing in their Discord, something is off.

We can see the same pattern in todays time, especially with the current meme coin hype. A lot of social media buzz and a lot of manipulated, bundled tokens being paid shilled and then rugged.

While many on-chain analysis tools might help to reduce the amount of scams by lets say 60%. Nyx Cipher tries to increase it to 90%+.

We do not say that on-chain analysis is irrelevant, but we think we need an additional service in the space which focuses heavily on social media data and displays it in a user friendly way.

For now Nyx Cipher mostly collects information, verifies it and processed it. In later stages it will be able to act based on this data and for example do trading on its own.
